We believe in the power of equity in the workplace from leadership to the front line. Our mission is to help women, LGBT+ individuals, people of color, and people with disabilities, find their place in this new world that values their work, diverse nature and multiple perspectives, on all levels and all around the globe.
Our Founder
As the Founder and CEO of Triple Axel Executive Coaching, I help individuals and organizations identify and address thin ice in their foundations and deficiencies in their programming. I primarily focus on women, members of the LGBT+ community, people of color, and individuals with disabilities. It is often a struggle for people to express their expertise and intelligence in a positive and self-affirming way.
What I find, is that leaders are often challenged in navigating corporate politics, inspiring others to accept change and experience fairness in promotions. Often, the people I work with feel misunderstood, marginalized, treated using a double standard, undervalued, underpaid, and perceived as any number of derogatory names when considered too direct.
What they really want is to be confident and competent without arrogance. They want to be direct, yet compassionate. Their desire is to create an inspiring legacy of impacting the careers of others in a positive way.
I also work with organizations and management teams to assist them in being inclusive, empowering, and understanding.
